Support BDI

BDI’s partners and supporters catalyze change and renew hope for people who are struggling to find work and provide for their families. By partnering with BDI, you will connect people with disabilities and employment barriers to jobs that will change their lives. There are many ways both individuals and companies can join us in our mission.

  1. Donate on a monthly or one-time basis to support job training programs and job connections services. BDI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your gift to BDI may be tax-deductible.

  2. Hire a BDI job candidate for an open position at your company.

  3. Help BDI create jobs by outsourcing you janitorial, landscaping, call center, or packaging and fulfillment needs to us.

We evaluate the impact of your support in the following ways:

• Number of people connected with jobs with community employers or in BDI's social enterprises
• Jobs created and sustained each year through BDI social enterprises
• Average wage for jobs in new and expanded social enterprises
• People who advance in their jobs, incomes and career development
• Average retention rate for people who gain jobs
