Switchboard
For over a decade, Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI) has provided
top-notch 24/7/365 switchboard services to the Atlanta VA Medical
Center. Our reptuation for professional, loyal workers who remain
customer-oriented in this fast-paced setting has allowed us
to expand our switchboard expertise to the VA Medical Centers
in Nashville, Tennessee and Dublin, Georgia and to the DeKalb
Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia. BDI has also been selected
as the vendor of choice for other large medical centers throughout
the Southeast.
You can count on us to be:
Professional. BDI operators are thoroughly trained
in a custom program designed specifically to apply to the hospital
setting. Our operators effectively and efficiently process calls,
overhead announcements, codes, and alarms.
Customer-Oriented. BDI's operators understand that
they are in the front line of excellent customer service delivery.
They are committed to being courteous and helpful at all times.
Interacting with a range of callers from doctors to sick patients
to stressed family members, our operators treat every call with
the same level of respect and care.
Fast-Paced. Hospitals are busy places with extraordinarily
high call volumes. Our operators are trained to provide high-level
service within this fast-paced environment and others. Thorough
training ensures that our operators will keep communication
flowing smoothly at all times.
Loyal. BDI specializes in providing job training and
employment opportunities to people with disabilities. People
with disabilities want to work and are extremely able, but are
consistently overlooked. Because this population faces a number
of barriers to in their job searches, they tend to have an extremely
high rate of loyalty. This attitude reduces turnover in our
call centers and enhances our ability to provide a high-performing
operator staff who are committed to your success.
