Disability 101

Welcome to Disability 101! This free online training contains the fundamentals to help better understand people with disabilities and provides practical tips and insight that can be applied in the workplace and a variety of community settings.

The training is divided into four self-paced modules. Each module opens with a 3-4 question “mini-quiz” to assess your knowledge and then provides relevant content to broaden your understanding. Depending upon pace of reading, each module should take approximately 5-10 minutes to review. By participating in all the modules of Disability 101, you will gain not only greater awareness but also practical strategies for inclusion.

Disability 101 participants can stop, start, and return to any part of the modules at any time. The modules cover the following material:
